Wild type: one band at 139 bp with primers F1/R1(mHbb-bt/Hbb-bs) and one band at 178 bp with primers F2/R2(mHbb-bs/Hbb-bt);
Homozygous: only one band at 162 bp with primers F3/R3(hHBB).
