Model Description
The hTHPO(NM-HU-2000062) mice were backcrossed to NMG genetic background, to create the new strain of hTHPO(NMG) (NM-HU-220429) mice.
Validation Data
Fig.1 Detection of THPO expression in adrenal and liver by RT-PCR.
Wild type: only one band at 166 bp with primers F1/R1(mThpo);
Homozygous: only one band at 167 bp with primers F2/R2(hTHPO).
